Terms & Conditions

Provided that you comply with the Warranty Claim Procedure detailed below and none of the Exclusions detailed below apply, the Company agrees to replace all defective electromechanical parts in the Goods like for like or with a component which is compatible with the Goods.  

Unless damaged in transit (and not due to your default or the default of your representatives) and notified to the Company within 24 hours of delivery, all cosmetic items, consumables and fabricated items including the following items and components are specifically not covered by the Warranty:

Shelves / baskets, trays and pans;

Glass covers or glass panels;

Light bulbs, tubes, gaskets and trims; and

 Other consumable items and breakables.

Submit a warranty claim (within the warranty period), please:

– Contact our Service Department between 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

– Provide a brief description of the fault you are experiencing.

– Provide the serial number of the affected goods.

– Return the goods to us if requested. Please note return shipping is at your cost.

– Important: Our warranties are parts-only. Diagnostic and repair labour are billable

Warranty Exclusions

We shall not be liable under any Warranty in any of the following events:

• If you make any further uses of such good after being aware of the defect.
• if you alter or repair such Goods or permit any non-approved technicians to carry out any repairs, parts replacements or assessment of the Goods.
• If you have used the good other thank for their designated purpose.
• If an annual maintenance hasn’t been completed from the company the product was purchase from, this will void the warranty.

Damage in Transit

If the Goods are already damaged on arrival (and not due to your default or the default of your representatives) then you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.  This is necessary to permit the Company to pursue a damage in transit claim with its courier.  Failure to provide such notice may invalidate your Warranty claim and the Company shall have no liability to repair or replace the damaged Goods
